Due to the customized nature of our products, they require a longer production time. Therefore, when estimating when you can expect to receive your order, please remember not to mistake the production time for the time you'll receive the product.

West Malaysia - 2~5 Business days
East Malaysia - 7~15 Business days
Return and refund policy
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
The return address is set by default to the Desk Monxter facility. When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days. If Desk Monxter facility isn't used as the return address, you would become liable for any returned shipments you receive.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).
Return & Refund -Understandably, customized and personalized items are made uniquely for you, and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault , therefore Desk Monxter reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
We will only accept refunds in the following cases：
1)Misprinted/damaged/defective items
2)Parcel lost in transit
3)Failure to deliver within the promised timeframe.(The product's production time can be found below the product page.)
